Matt started his career at Studio8 Design. He then went on, in 2009, to launch and art direct Eureka, the monthly science magazine produced by The Times of London.
In its first year, Eureka was highly commended in the regular supplement category at the British Press Awards and won Best Designed Magazine from the Society of News Design. This year it was nominated for a D&AD pencil and a Eureka iPad app on sports science was shortlisted in the Digital Innovation category at the British Press Awards.
The Eureka work shown here should also be credited to Madeleine Penny (picture editor) and Fraser Lyness (graphic designer). Matt is currently art director of The Times Olympic coverage.
